STARTQuick Quote
The PDF Quick Quote Form can only be opened after it is downloaded to your computer.
Safari -
- Click on the "Start Quick Quote" button to download the form to your computer.
- Once downloaded, look in the top right hand corner to find the Download icon,
- Click on it to find the Quick Quote Form,
- Open the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Complete all required fields and submit
Google Chrome -
- Click the "Start Quick Quote" button to download the form to your desktop.
- A drop-down dialog box will appear and ask you where to save the document.
- Save to your “desktop”
- When you click the Save button, an icon appears in the browser window in the bottom left-hand corner -- DON’T click on this!!
- INSTEAD look on your desktop where you “saved” it, OR in the Downloads folder, to find the Quick Quote Form.
- Once you find it, open the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader, complete all required fields and submit.
Firefox -
- Click the "Start Quick Quote" button, a dialog box will appear asking: "What should Firefox should do with this file?"
- Select "Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader"
- OR select "Save File" to save the file to your computer.
- Once downloaded, look in the top right hand corner to find the Download icon
- Click on it to find the Quick Quote Form
- Open the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Complete all required fields and submit
