When placing an order, you will need:

50% down payment Payment:
All pricing FOB our warehouse.
Commercial Accounts – 30-day net from date of invoice. (We invoice from when freight shipment is received on site or at our warehouse.)
All other orders are COD.
HCD does not accept credit card payments.
No refunds or changes once order is placed.
Pick-up and Delivery:
To pick up your door(s) you must call or email us at least one day in advance. Most entries are crated to load in an open (no rack) 8’ truck bed.
If you need site delivery -- call for pricing estimate ($25 per hour plus .50 per mile – minimum $75)
--You will be responsible to unload.
You can also schedule for doors to be shipped directly to your site for an additional charge.

PRODUCTS SOLD BY HCD COME WITH A MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. PLEASE READ THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY THOROUGHLY AND FOLOW ALL REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS. FAILING TO FOLLOW MANUFACTURERS REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUTIONS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. BY PURCHASING FROM HCD YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. THIS IS PART OF THE TERMS OF SALE.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the freight at the delivery site for damage upon receipt while the driver is still there. Damaged shipments should be refused or received with notation and photo of apparent damage on the delivery receipt. If you find any damage after the driver leaves, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company. All shipments are insured by the freight carrier. We will replace any damaged doors in prompt fashion.
Warranty claims need to be emailed to HCD and must be accompanied with photos illustrating the problematic area and full view of the door. Claims for exterior doors must also include photos of the entire entry including any overhang (or lack of).
HCD will forward your claim along with the photos you sent us to the manufacturer. It can take 1-2 weeks for the manufacturer to reply with a decision.
Please note: It is the manufacturer’s discretion to accept or deny any claim and NOT HCD.
Important: HCD is not responsible for transportation, shipping, removal, finishing, labor, installation charges or costs incurred in replacing a product or any other costs relating to the replacement of a product. In addition, HCD shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
DO NOT cut, trim or finish a door, side-lite or transom before it has been fully inspected. Once the product has been modified, it cannot be returned.
